This state-of-the-art device, called the NightOwl®, makes Home Sleep Apnea Testing (HSAT) quick and easy. It is the world's smallest, most convenient, and accurate home sleep apnea test.

This service includes the test and your results but does not include a discussion of the results or a treatment plan. This option is best if you want to get tested and plan on discussing results and potential treatment with another provider.

What can this test do?

  • It can confirm you do have sleep apnea.

  • It can not confirm you do not have sleep apnea.

    • If your test results show you do not have sleep apnea, you may need to consult a sleep doctor to determine certainty for a medical diagnosis.

Test Limitations

  • It is possible your test provides unreliable data if you do not sleep long enough or you do not operate the test as instructed. In this case, contact us and our team will plan alternative solutions to speedily advance your sleep care.

  • It is possible the HSAT underestimates the severity of your Sleep Apnea due to these limitations.

The Potential Test Results for an Abnormal Reading

  • We analyze the collected data from your test and generate a result of Mild, Moderate, or Severe Obstructive Sleep Apnea.

What These Results Mean

  • If your test results show Mild, Moderate, or Severe Sleep Apnea, then a visit with a sleep doctor is highly recommended to plan personalized treatment specific to the severity of your sleep apnea.

  • Note that if your result shows Mild Sleep Apnea, your Sleep Apnea may actually be more serious and this result should not be perceived as insignificant.

Treatment and Next Steps

We focus on effectively treating your Sleep Apnea without relying on medications or surgery. Potential treatment may include:

  • Oral Appliance from your dentist

  • CPAP Therapy

  • Weight Loss

  • Postural Therapy (adjusting sleeping positions)

  • Referral to a Nose and Throat Doctor

  • Other holistic treatment options
