Guided Sleep Meditation

Learn the science of switching off the mind for bedtime.

Train Your Mind

Sleep is the key to our mental and physical well-being. But many of us struggle with busy minds, stress, and anxiety which prevent our mind and body from relaxing and sleeping well. Without our much needed rest, we lose out on physical energy and mental clarity during daytime.

We promote "letting things be" to train our minds for improved calm and relaxation. By practicing meditation with a board-certified sleep specialist and neurologist, you will learn how to achieve a state of calm on your own — without relying on sleep aids, medications, sounds, or anything else.

Let it be

Discover Calm

Meditation has countless mental, emotional, and physical benefits including a decrease in stress, physical ailments and a greater sense of joy and satisfaction in life. During a meditation class, you ‘transcend’ the endless chatter of the mind and enter into a deep rest that leads to an inner sense of calm.

As part of the practice, you train yourself to acknowledge and accept all the distractions and busyness of the mind to permit the mind to switch to the calm state of sleep. This creates mental clarity, peace, and an overall feeling of renewal, wellbeing, and balance.

Fall Asleep, Stay Asleep

Naturally quieting a busy mind is essential to falling and staying asleep through the night. Regular meditation practice has been found to produce positive effects with how well you sleep at night and how energized you feel upon awakening and during the day.

We practice a mix of Cognitive Behavior Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) and Integrative Restoration (iRest) meditation to produce effective results.

Try It Now

While we recommend practicing sleep meditation with the guidance of a sleep specialist for at least 15 minutes, this 2 min meditation will help give you a taste of what our full-length classes are like.

And it will also help you destress throughout the day so stress does not accumulate and prevent being able to sleep at the end of the day.
